Dr Francis Boyle ‘Coronavirus is a leak from Wuhan offensive biological weapons laboratory ‘

There is significant evidence emerging that the coronavirus outbreak in China is the result of a leak from one of it’s leading Biosafety laboratories.

Dr. Francis Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush. He is one of the United States leading authorities on global offensive biological warfare development and testing.

The city of Wuhan in the Chinese province of Hubei is home to one the country’s leading BSL-4 laboratories. BioSafety Level 4 laboratories are designated by the W.H.O as labs that are predominantly involved in the research, development and testing of offensive biological warfare weapons.

Dr Boyle believes the potentially lethal virus is an offensive biological warfare weapon or dual-use biowarfare weapons agent genetically modified with gain of function properties, which is why the Chinese government originally tried to cover it up and is now taking drastic measures to contain it.

” It appears that coronavirus is an offensive biological weapon that leaked out of that Wuhan BSL-4 – I’m not saying it was done deliberately but there have been previous reports of problems with that lab “

Dr Boyle’s remark flies in the face of the original Chinese narrative that the virus originated from a Wuhan seafood market. Dr. Boyle also touches upon GreatGameIndia‘s exclusive report Coronavirus Bioweapon – where they reported in detail how Chinese Biowarfare agents working at a Canadian lab in Winnipeg were involved in the smuggling of the Coronavirus to Wuhan’s lab from where it is believed to have been leaked.

This article calls into question just how long the Chinese have been developing the coronavirus and when exactly they first learned of the outbreak. It is not clear if the theft from the Canadian lab was an effort to develop the virus or help them develop a potential antidote. A number of mainstream media sources have taken at face value the Chinese government denials of being involved in this theft.

However it follows on from the high profile removal of a Harvard university professor who has close ties to Wuhan and Chinese policy of infiltrating leading global universities and attempting to leverage their research expertise. The United States Department of Justice announced last Wednesday that a Harvard University professor and two Chinese nationals have been charged in connection with aiding China.

Charles Lieber is head of Harvard’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department. U.S. officials say he was arrested and charged with making false statements to the Defense Department about his ties to a Chinese government program.

The Justice Department claims that Lieber lied about his involvement with a program known as the Thousand Talents Plan. It said the Chinese government and the Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) gave him more than $1.5 million dollars to set up a laboratory and carry out research in China. In exchange, WUT gave the Harvard professor $50,000 a month and also paid for housing and other living expenses.

The outbreak shines a spotlight on the international biological warfare arms race. The US alone is estimated to have spent at least $100 billion dollars on developing biological weapons and are joined in this race by China, Israel, Russia, France and the UK.

Last week, American Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas also dismantled the mainstream media’s claim on Thursday that pinned the coronavirus outbreak on a market selling dead and live animals.

In a video accompanying his post, Cotton explained that the Wuhan wet market (which Cotton incorrectly referred to as a seafood market) has been shown by experts to not be the source of the deadly contagion.

Cotton referenced a Lancet study which showed that many of the first cases of the novel coronavirus, including patient zero, had no connection to the wet market — devastatingly undermining mainstream media’s claim.

“As one epidemiologist said: ‘That virus went into the seafood market before it came out of the seafood market.’ We still don’t know where it originated,” Cotton said.

“I would note that Wuhan also has China’s only bio-safety level four super laboratory that works with the world’s most deadly pathogens to include, yes, coronavirus.”

Boyle highlights that BSL-4 labs also use genetic DNA engineering to develop these offensive biological warfare weapons.

” My guess is they were researching SARS and they weaponised it further by giving it gain of function properties which means it could be more lethal, indeed the latest report is that it is 15% fatality rate and 83% infection rate. It travels in the air and it can reach out 6 feet or more from someone in a cough or a sneeze “

One of the striking features of the coronavirus reporting is that the reporting of it in countries that are actively involved in offensive biological warfare research and testing have not been focusing on what Dr Boyle and a growing number of academic scientists are point to as obvious.

The coronavirus is a leak from Wuhan’s BSL-4 laboratory.
